The **Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN)** is accountable for supervising and coordinating the patient care operations at the home care facility under the guidance of the Home Health Executive Director.

• Manages and finalizes designated projects to effectively support the company's immediate and long-term goals.
• Supervises the admission of patients to home care services, organizes the services to be provided, and oversees their overall home health care.
• Establishes and upholds administrative processes, agency principles, objectives, and policies to ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
• Improves the agency's profitability and collaborates with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

License Requirements

• If the Clinical Director is an RN, they must hold a current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• If the Clinical Director specializes in another clinical field (PT/OT/SLP), they must possess the appropriate license in that state.
• Preferably, one year of supervisory or management experience in a home health environment or a related healthcare facility.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a reliable vehicle, or public transportation is required.
