    Description

    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    A high-paying travel opportunity awaits a skilled Physical Therapist at a Skilled Nursing Facility in San Rafael, CA.

    • 13-week contract with potential for temp-to-perm assignment
    • 36 hours per week, day shift

    We are seeking an experienced PT or PTA to join our team and provide individualized treatment plans for short-term rehab and long-term care patients.
    Key responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

    Prior experience in SNF or geriatric settings is preferred but not required. Active California PT license is mandatory. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
