- Actively use ConstructConnect bid platform daily to identify and qualify new bid opportunities and incorporating On Deck Sport's full menu of products
- Research projects, scopes, timelines, and decision-makers to prioritize the right bids
- Read and review all bid documents presented for each opportunity
- Proactively mine for new opportunities and build a steady flow of qualified leads
- Prepare, write, and submit clear, accurate quotes and proposals
- Follow up with contractors, estimators, and project stakeholders to win work
- Manage a sales pipeline from initial lead through award or close-out
- Track all activity, bids, and outcomes in the CRM or sales tracking system
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing, scope, and capacity
- Monitor bid results and adjust strategy based on win/loss trends
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and key accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using ConstructConnect or similar construction bid platforms
- Background in B2B sales, construction sales, or estimating preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines at the same time
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
- Able to read and understand basic construction scopes and documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific software, such as; NetSuite.
