ABOUT MERIDIAN HEALTHCARE

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Provides and/or coordinates the administrative and clinical supervision of Outpatient Therapists for Mental Health and Substance use treatment programs.
Serves as a resource to the Quality an Compliance department as well as monitor the quality of indicators for the department.
Actively engage in establishing clinical department goals, objectives, and activities and monitors progress towards goals; consults with community and state agencies regarding program goals and service delivery; assures that all clinical staff are operating in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
This position works a Monday - Friday day shift.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Ohio licensure (LPCC, LISW) required.
Must be an independently licensed practitioner.
Scope of practice must include mental health and drug and alcohol counseling.
Minimum of 5 years clinical and administration experience required.
