We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a portfolio of Medical Office Buildings (MOBs). The role plays a key part in maintaining safe, compliant, and patient-friendly facilities for physicians, clinics, and specialty healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of medical office buildings.
  • Coordinate maintenance and service requests around patient care hours and clinical operations.
  • Conduct routine property inspections with focus on ADA compliance.
