The Field Service Technician will perform various tasks including incident handling, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, customer training process tasks continuous improvement process training administration security and safety. They must have quality technical electronic repair and maintenance skills maintain a working knowledge in technology associated technical skills systems applications tools resources utilized office field proficiency general Windows operating system platforms familiarity concepts professional attitude appearance team environment customer focused attitude.Responsibilities
- Incident Handling: Perform trouble shooting via detailed analysis HW SW failures diagnostic tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks documented preventative maintenance procedures refill consumables directed.
