    Our client in Chicago, IL is seeking a results driven and enthusiastic Advertising Sales Representative to join their team.

    Responsibilities:
    Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our client's advertising solutions and services.
    Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services, including their print and digital advertising offerings.
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and create strategies to capitalize on them.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
    Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
    Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand clients' advertising objectives and develop tailored solutions.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our client's advertising offerings.

    Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually enhance your sales approach and value proposition.
    Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of our client

    Qualifications:
    Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
    Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, including print and digital advertising.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
    Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
    Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
    Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Compensation:

    $50,000-$60,000 Salary Plus Commissions and Bonus (OTE $95,000)
