    Position Overview: We are currently seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our remote team. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing essential services to special education students, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services through remote platforms.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

    Requirements:

    • Valid SLP license in the state of California.
    • Compliance with all local and state certification requirements.
    • Familiarity with technology platforms used for remote teaching and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Compensation: Compensation will be determined based on the district you apply for and your years of experience in the industry.
