- You will be treated as a professional educator, not just a childcare provider. Our lead teachers develop and implement their own lesson plans, which can be customized for the students' needs.
- Our management team is dedicated to supporting you by providing necessary training, educational resources, classroom materials, and guidance for your success.
- Our owner is present daily to assist our staff and families, creating a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
- You will have designated planning time (for lead teachers), as well as lunch and restroom breaks.
- Each year, you will receive paid professional development opportunities, with many courses available online for your convenience.
- Full-time employees are entitled to 10 days of paid time off annually.
- You will also enjoy 8 paid holidays and additional paid time off from Dec 24th to Jan 1st each year, allowing you to spend quality time with your loved ones.
- After 30 days of employment (for full-time staff), you are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- You can avail childcare discounts for your child while working with us.
- Tuition reimbursement is provided for teachers pursuing their Child Development Associates Degree.

- CDA, Associates, or BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Prior experience in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably 1 year of experience
- Training is provided for individuals who exhibit passion and compassion
