- Candidates must have at least four years' construction law experience, with extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating construction disputes including delay claims, defect claims, warranty claims, water intrusion claims, indemnity claims, building code claims and the like.
- Though not required, some background in reviewing, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts including AIA contracts is preferred.
- Candidates must be organized, efficient and possess a strong work ethic.
