- Interfaces daily with internal and external clients to research and resolve/escalate issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensures communication to keep management and associates properly informed.
- Analyzes data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide solutions that facilitate cash application of outstanding balances.
- Analyzes open receivable trends and root cause analysis.
- Manages and prioritizes the cash application process.
- Identifies system/process modifications necessary to improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial records. Provide reporting upon request.
- Works with stakeholders to understand issues that arise with clients.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in team and individual environments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Understands and adheres to a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize handling of issues.
- Identifies problems and recommends solutions to Manager.
- Experience in customer service or insurance related role/processes.
- Self-starter, works well under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance benefits.
- Understands third party benefits and administration.
- Promotes integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Experienced in continuous improvement methods.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP.
- Previous Facets experience and knowledge.
