    Project Coordinator- Travel Required

    The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of construction activities. They manage each project from inception to completion, including estimation, commitment buying-out, master schedule preparation, budget monitoring, close-out and more.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in estimating and bidding on projects
    • Prepare and update Master schedules
    • Maintain job-site safety through meetings and audits

    The Project Manager also supervises assistant project managers, project engineers, interns with Senior PM guidance. Essential functions include managing risks participating in site meetings reporting costs identifying problems building client relationships maintaining satisfaction documenting punch lists tracking RFIs attending industry events promoting safe work practices staying up-to-date on plans specifications.
    A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills organizational abilities written oral communication expertise analytical problem-solving capabilities working well under pressure meeting objectives making sound decisions timely risk assessment cost implications maturity interpersonal skills professional demeanor diversity awareness ability to adapt change communicate effectively within teams maintain harmony diverse personalities technical knowledge workplace required fields four-year college degree related field three years minimum construction/project management experience preferably estimating scheduling quality control issue resolution Procore familiarity OSHA certification CPR/First Aid
