    Job DescriptionEXCEPTIONAL NURSE PRACTITIONER OPPORTUNITY IN BEAUTIFUL MONTANA - CLOSE TO GLACIER NATIONAL PARKAbout the position:
    • Rural setting NP with FANTASTIC Loan Repayment as a NHSC site.
    • The position will primarily oversee the Chronic Care/Palliative Care program, however, may help cover Family Medicine/Pediatrics when needed in the clinic.
    • Travel as needed for the oversight of the in-home patients.
    • Practice is an integrated care model.
