    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) and FL Rad Tech license for a 13-week day shift contract.

    Responsibilities
    Position is in a hospital-based CT scanner department
    Day shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday through Monday
    Provides diagnostic imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations
    Floating between campuses may be required
    Procedures include routine CT scans, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm, operating room imaging, as well as biopsy and drainage procedures
    Uses Philips CT equipment
    Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy and studies with or without contrast
    RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 1 week
    Holiday coverage may be required based on unit need
    Returning travelers cannot have been perm staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years
    No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
    Scrub color policy will be provided by the facility
    Certifications must be valid through at least 30 days after contract start

    Requirements
    Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT Technologist
    Graduation from an accredited AMA school of radiologic technology
    Active ARRT (CT) certification
    Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
    Experience operating Philips CT equipment
    AHCA fingerprinting required for all Florida placements
    No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
