Ebenezer is looking for a Property Manager to join our senior cooperative team at Summerhill Cooperative Eden Prairie in Eden Prairie MN This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association including site staff supervision board relations committee support financial oversite memberowner relations marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residentsResponsibilities
- Provides leadership and supervision to staff Supervises all staff and provides annual written performance reviews Actively promotes a customer service outlook and attitude among staff Provides support for day-to-day problem-solving strategies and encourages best practices Submits payroll bi-weekly utilizing computerized time records Serves as a mediator with staff and Owners if needed Establishes supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services high-level customer satisfaction Ensures office coverage during required business hours Develops maintains positive effective working relationships with Board Directors Owners community committees Meets regularly with Board Directors committees assists preparation materials these meetings Communicates regularly through management reports newsletters Maintains appropriate level of confidentiality Develops budget routinely monitors financial activities maintains accurate financial records Prepares submits monthly resident trial balance noting any changes month Collects deposits bank account Codes processes payables assure accuracy timeliness Monitors spending areas comply approved budget Reviews monthly reports identify variances Monitors maintenance building grounds feedback/staff necessary Routinely inspects building grounds cleanliness upkeep Report accidents emergency situations Regional Manager Assists soliciting bids On Call maintenance emergencies Understands governance sale process Serves resource members sale share/unit Shows units potential buyers Serves resource marketing committee Conducts disclosure meetings closings new buyers
