    A non-profit healthcare company in Minneapolis is looking for a Controller to join their team.

    They are looking for someone to provide leadership to all areas of the accounting operations:

    financial reporting, audit process, budgeting and planning, tax filings and transactional support, and providing work direction to members of the accounting team.


    Salary:
    Up to 160K DOE

    Location:
    Minneapolis – Hybrid (2-3x on-site)

    Required:
    2+ years of Controller experience
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar

    Preferred:

    CPA
    Master's degree
