- Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
- Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT)
- Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
- Currently reside or willing to relocate within 30 minutes of Scott County, MN
- Possess a master's degree or higher in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) with focus in clinical practice.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

On-call, 4-12 hour shifts/monthly
