Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, tooling, and die making, with the ability to fabricate and repair precision components.

The primary responsibilities include:
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Setting up and operating a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.
Fabricating, repairing, and maintaining dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to precise specifications.
Performing precision machining operations to produce high-quality components.
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with tooling and dies.
Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop new tooling and die designs.
Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in tool and die making is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tool and die making or related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling techniques.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
