    Summary

    The Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer provides foundational support in managing and ensuring secure and compliant user access across the organization's systems and platforms.
    Under guidance from senior team members, they assist in executing and maintaining identity policies, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access.
    Engaged in both operational and project-based tasks, the engineer contributes to implementing access controls, performing regular audits, and assisting in compliance initiatives.
    The role demands a foundational understanding of IGA principles and a steadfast commitment to safeguarding organizational data while facilitating secure and efficient access to technology resources.
    Developing technical and strategic expertise within a robust cybersecurity framework, the Junior Engineer grows to become a vital asset to the IGA team and overall organizational security.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage and support Haleon's Identity Access Management toolsets, prior experience with Sailpoint or Saviant .
  • Ensure operational services by providing customers 24 x 7 support for resolving technical service problems, incidents or issues, escalation service incidents and trouble tickets.
  • Experinece designing an maintaining robust JML Processes that meet security and compliance requirements
  • Technology Integration & Automation:
    Collaborate with technical teams to integrate identity administration activities with existing systems and technologies.
    Promote the use of automation to streamline administrative tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of document configuration standards, policies, and procedures for Haleon's Identity fabric across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience responding to audits related to IAM processes and toolsets.
  • Experience in security domains such as:
    Network Security, Email Security, Infrastructure Security, Endpoint Security and Response, Network Security, Cloud Security, Compliance, Governance, Cryptography, IAM, Privacy, Risk Management.
  • Understanding lifecycle management of Identity throughout large complex organization
  • Experience building simplified processes that are robust in exceeding security and compliance requirements
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with effective decision-making skills.
  • Experience providing operational support in a global environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in one or more major firewall vendor as well as exposure to Azure firewall controls and policies
  • Experience in change management and ticket resolution
  • Stakeholder management with internal and external customers.Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education:
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum Experience:
    10 years in IT with 8 years being in cyber security
  • Preferred Education:
    Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Experience:
    12 years in IT with 10 years being in IAM Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion :
