Job Description:

Sentinel is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This role involves working on the design, engineering, and testing of various combustion systems such as industrial burners, process heaters, burner fuel trains, and more. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, work independently, and be flexible with their schedule.

This is a hybrid position based in Oklahoma City, OK, reporting onsite to the client's location.

Responsibilities:

BS Mechanical Engineering from an ABET program
Five years of work experience in machine engineering
Proficiency in CAD, Drafting, GD&T, and Machine Design
Experience with PLC Programming, Industrial Burners, Fuel Valve Trains, and Steam Boilers preferred
Values-driven, team-oriented, and open to feedback
Effective communication and good judgement
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Strong focus on safety
Willingness to work onsite and travel within the USA
Must have a car for transportation between locations
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Positive attitude and proactive approach
