Job summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain equipment and small engine repair on HACP equipment.
<+h2>Responsibilities- Maintain HACP lawn garden power tools equipment season equipment maintenance and preparation
- Repairs lawn mowers and determines if a lawn mower should be taken out of service
Requirements
- Associates degree or two-year technical certificate in small engine repair and basic electrical experience along with two years experience repairing small engines and electrical hand tools or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of all safety rules and practices pertaining to the trade Must possess a valid driver license and be insurable under the Authority plan Technical Skills Operating computers other office equipment moving about properties attending onsite meetings offsite meetings employee must exchange information person writing telephone employee have basic computer skills MS Word Excel Outlook Must ability learn other computer software programs required assigned tasks Physical Demands Stooping kneeling crouching reaching standing walking pushing pulling lifting grasping feeling hearing seeing repetitive motions carrying Heavy work Exerting excess pounds force occasionally frequently constantly move objects The physical demands described here representative those must met by employee successfully perform essential functions Reasonable accommodations made enable individuals disabilities perform essential functions Work Environment Position generally works Authority properties may cause employee experience range temperatures weather conditions noise level loud environment hazardous standard office environment Employees must access 24 hour reliable internet service Employees must also have reliable transportation work get multiple HACP locations based business needs assignments
