    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis. The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, assess student progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of students with behavioral challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on individual student needs.
    • Provide training and support to school staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies effectively.
    • Monitor and evaluate student progress through data collection and analysis, and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and administrators, to support student success in academic and social-emotional domains.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
    • Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting.
    • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
