    Job Title: Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

    Location: Sunnyvale, CA

    As an experienced Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, and verification of circuit blocks for Delta-Sigma Modulator as well as testing high-resolution data-converter. The typical design engineer will have hands-on experience with designing block-level transistor blocks as well as lab experience with silicon characterization of high-performance data-converters.

    Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

    • Delta-Sigma Modulator Design, High-resolution data converters, silicon measurement (Data converter specifications)
    • You will work on the Simulation of the circuit using SPICE, measurements, post-processing of results.
    • Must contribute to new design methodology+design, correlate silicon to simulations debug.

    Good to have skills:

    Discrete time Switched Capacitor circuits; PLL Design

    Job Responsibilities:

    ● At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing delta-sigma ADCs for sensing and/or audio applications.

    ● Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles as well as in discrete time signal processing. Precision analog design and layout techniques.

    ● Proficient with the usage of Spectre simulation tools and advanced methodologies for high-performance data converters.

    ● Experience with modeling of circuit blocks for example in Verilog-AMS.

    ● Comfortable to use lab equipment for characterization of test-chip for data converter specifications.

    ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to manage schedule and excellent problem solving skills.

    ● Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design documentation, test reports, and datasheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Education/Experience:

    ● Masters/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
