Performs professional and technical duties in support of business activities and/or grant management. Work involves preparing and maintaining budgetary, accounting, financial and statistical records; reviewing and analyzing financial transactions and identifying technical issues that need to be addressed; aids the Division managers regarding financial and accounting activities pertaining to Division programs services or grant related activities.
