Cashier

The Cashier/Customer Service Representative role involves serving guests with a positive attitude, efficiently processing transactions on a computerized POS register, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in food and beverage areas, and ensuring company procedures are followed to meet quality standards.

• Seeks advice from the Assistant Manager when limits of authority for resolving customer complaints are unclear.
• Operates a register, handles cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet customers, anticipate their needs, count change accurately, balance cash drawer regularly.
  
  
• Maintains excellent customer service while performing duties as assigned by management. Ensure compliance with policies regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco or alcohol..
  Note:  Complying with safe food handling practices is crucial.
