    Overview


    Seeking a high energy team member to manage phone calls and front desk reception duties at a busy escrow office location.

    Position is full time in office, with great benefits. We offer 401K, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, along with two weeks paid vacation sick pay. Fully time position, in office. Hourly pay starting at $18 per hour based on experience.


    Duties

    • Being proficient with the phone system, answering phones and directing calls.
    • Assisting customers that walk in the office.
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • Set up transactions and physical folders

    Education

    High School Diploma.


    Experience

    The ideal candidate should posess great communication skills and the ability to get along well with others. Familiar and adaptable with technology is a plus, as we work with a few different computer programs. A person with a positive attitude is a must in this environment.

    We would like the candiate to have strong listening skills for taking and passing correct messages along to the team.

    Previous office work skills preferred. Typing 40 wpm or more with high accuracy.
