    Senior Executive Search Consultant - Engineering

    Program Manager

    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversight of multiple projects.
    Liaison with sales and marketing to define specifications and assess customer needs.
    Coordination with customers to schedule concurrent development activities and provide project updates.
    Collaboration with Software & Hardware Engineering for scheduling and resource allocation.

    Leading the compilation of project schedules, task and completion time estimates, specifications, test plans, equipment procurement, document release, and other assigned tasks.

    Proactively identifying and proposing enhancements to the engineering environment and beyond.

    Interaction with Others:


    Engaging in written and verbal communications with marketing, applications, engineering, manufacturing, service, and department heads to refine product or process specifications.

    Delivering project schedule and status updates via presentations to engineering/project managers, business unit and corporate management, and customers regularly.
    Communicating with customers or potential customers as directed by engineering or project managers.
    Daily coordination and communication with all company departments and organizational levels.

    Education and Experience:
    Preferably holds a BS degree in Engineering.
    5-10 years of experience in engineering project management preferred.
    PMP certification is advantageous.
