    About the role and the team

    As Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our revenue-generating functions by covering all aspects of Salesforce functionality, data management, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business operations and the analytical capabilities to translate business needs into system solutions. In this role you will report to the Director, Global Commercial Excellence & Revenue Operations, and we expect you to have a desire and willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.

    This position is based in Chicago.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business initiatives driven by the Executive Team.
    • Optimize Tech Stacks workflows, data hygiene and process refinements.
    • Manage the technology resources used by our go-to-market team and ensure proper usage, troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Work closely with the sales & lead gen teams to align efforts and ensure we hit quarterly targets.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
    • Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools – enable rev ops and Tech Stacks literacy across other teams.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience as Salesforce Admin
    • Vast knowledge creating reports and dashboards from Salesforce CRM for Executive Team(s)
    • Deep understanding of sales methodologies
    • Expertise leading training of technology tools and resources
    • Having worked in SaaS, fast paced and entrepreneurial companies is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

    As a successful candidate you will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong analytical acumen. You have great communication skills and love to have fun while being an integral part of our successful sales team.
