    Job Overview

    A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.

    This role involves helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support when needed.
    • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success every day.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • People-oriented and organized with strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.
    • Ability to learn computer functions and work accurately and efficiently.
    • Team player with strong multitasking abilities and willingness to provide timely activity reports to the agent.
    • Property & Casualty license (obtainable) and Life and Health license (obtainable).
    • Selected candidate will remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements.
