Responsibilities of a AAA Travel Advisor:
- Selling international and domestic travel packages, which may include cruises, land packages, flight itineraries, car rentals, and hotel accommodations
- Sharing knowledge and insights gained from personal travels or educational excursions
- Cultivating enduring relationships with members, fostering referrals and repeat business
- Providing tailored recommendations to ensure an exceptional trip experience that exceeds expectations
- Recommending relevant products to enhance the travel experience, such as the AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity theft protection

Progress will be assessed based on proficiencies in sales, customer service, administration, operations, upselling, cross-selling, and goal achievement. Skills Required/Preferred:
- High school diploma required, but a 2 or 4-year college degree preferred
- Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and drug screening
- Preferably 2+ years of successful retail sales or banking experience, or a background in a leisure travel agency within a goal-oriented environment
Qualifications, Do You Fit the Bill?
- Your interest in travel goes beyond a mere hobby or wish; it's your true passion
- Availability to work most Saturdays and some evenings to support goal attainment
- Completion of the Travel Agent Trainee program is mandatory, involving some travel for training
- Driven by sales targets and exceeding goals
- Proficient in computers, capable of navigating various systems and browsers, Microsoft Office, and typing at least 30WPM
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable with paperwork, and highly organized
