    Position: Client relations and Projects manager / Entry level

    Department: Sales

    Salary: $18/hr for a probation period of 2 months, $20/hr after re-evaluation,

    monthly bonuses

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm

    Benefits: PTO after the probation period, Worker's Compensation

    Introduction:

    The Customer Service/Project Management Specialist is a dynamic role that sits at

    the heart of WOW Balloons' operations, embodying our commitment to outstanding

    client service and exceptional event delivery. This role demands a blend of creativity,

    organizational skills, and client-focused service to ensure each event is not just

    executed smoothly, but also surpasses our client's expectations in every way.

    Key responsibilities:

    Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling

    inquiries via email, phone, and social media. To maintain a warm, professional

    demeanor, ensuring all communications are clear, helpful, and engaging.

    Project Coordination: Manage multiple event projects from initiation through to

    completion, coordinating details, schedules, and resources efficiently. Ensure all

    project milestones are met within designated timelines. Forward orders to

    production in a timely manner.

    Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for event designs, including creating

    visual mockups and matching color schemes to client preferences. Utilize design

    tools like Canva to produce professional-quality visuals that inspire and excite

    clients.

    Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to leads and inquiries coming

    through social media platforms, leveraging these channels to enhance customer

    service and project interest.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a

    large client base, managing multiple accounts with patience, attentiveness, and

    personalized care.

    Performance Under Pressure: Remain composed and efficient under tight

    deadlines and in high-pressure situations, demonstrating problem-solving skills

    and a positive attitude.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Education and Experience

    • Familiarity with the balloon decoration industry and knowledge of
    • balloon materials, equipment, and techniques.
    • A natural flair for creativity, with a good eye for design, color
    • matching, and visual storytelling.
    • Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred, or a strong
    • willingness to learn.
    • Patient and professional demeanor, capable of working under pressure
    • and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Proficient in using computers and project management software to
    • keep track of all project elements and client communications
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
