- Assist with the processing of international admissions applications.
- Support international student recruitment by communicating with prospective students and applicants.
- Assist ISS staff in the preparation of admission decision packets for international applicants, as well as yield communication materials for admitted international students.
- Collect, copy, and organize documents required from new and continuing international students for registration on the US ICE SEVIS database.
- Maintain and update ISS website and social media outreach to prospective, new, and continuing students.
- Support international student and TCK sponsored events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.

Dates of employment:
Provide clerical services on a part time basis to assist with critical processes performed by the Office of International Students & Scholars during the academic year.
The student worker will assist ISS staff in assembling admission applications from international applicants, collecting documentation from new & continuing students to comply with US student visa regulations, and updating the ISS website and social media accounts, and other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:

Approximately 10-15 hours/week to be done during business hours. Timing is negotiable.
RATE OF PAY:
$15.45/hour
