Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Act as the highest-level escalation point for professional services issues.
- Architect and implement advanced workflow automation and IT solutions.
- Design and deploy complex and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in professional services best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on service offerings and technical strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience in high-level professional services roles.
- Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud solutions, and automation.
- Windows Server as well as macOS endpoint experience required.
- Proven ability to lead complex deployments and system integrations.
- Experience in mentoring and training other engineers.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced IT certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Jamf, etc.).
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Experience in high-level enterprise IT consulting and solution design.
Expectations:
- 20% Reactive work, 30% Proactive work, 50% Project work
- Working at client sites, remotely, with option for in-market office
- Paid on call available
- Weekly billable goal of 36 hours
This position is bonus eligible, up to 5% of annual salary based on company and team performance
