The Senior Benefits Analyst Supports the Broadridge Benefits team in the delivery and administration of leave policies across the organization.Responsibilities
- Coordinate Broadridge's leave of absence, disability, and financial protection benefit programs in partnership with third-party vendors in alignment with company policy, plan provisions,
& applicable state and federal regulations. - Serve as the primary liaison among associates,
& managers,
& HR Business Partners,
, Payroll,&
n external leave administrators throughout
, - Manage & resolve escalated participant issues by researching & coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
- Provide consultative support on leave & benefits policies,&
ensuring consistent application & clear communication to managers& associates.& - Collaborate with Payroll to ensure salary continuation&third-party offsets are accurately applied.& < br >/Maintain
dand enhance standard operating procedures& process workflows; proactively identify & implement process improvement opportunities.< br >/Stay current w ith evolving federal ,state,& local leave & benefits regulations t o ensure ongoing compliance . /Support compliance & audit activities related t o leave administration & ;benefits programs , including reporting & ; documentation ./Contribute t o departmental initiatives & ; projects , providing operational & ; project management support as needed ./Provide guidance &support for broader benefits programs , including plan interpretation , payroll deductions invoice processing &,benefit communications ./Monitor&audit data interfaces between Broadridge systems & vendor partners t oensure data accuracy&integrity ./< br >Job description
