    Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing -

    At Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we're on the lookout for committed RN Supervisors to collaborate with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in upholding exemplary patient care standards for our cherished residents.

    Salary Range: $55- $57 Hourly

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Partner with the DON and ADON to assess, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
    • Monitor compliance with job descriptions among nursing personnel.
    • Participate in facility surveys conducted by regulatory bodies.
    • Conduct regular rounds within the Nursing Services Department to maintain adherence to nursing standards.

    RN Supervisor Requirements:

    • Valid RN License in the State of New York
    • Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial background preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership and managerial aptitude
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
