Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager. This role manages and directs the activities and staff involved in developing and maintaining HR services, policies, programs and processes with a major focus on culture, hiring,& retention.

- Develop and administer various human resources strategic plans and procedures for all plant personnel, to include but not limited to talent management,cultural improvement,hiring, and retention
