Position Description Engineering Technician working in support of the Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division.

Incumbent to be responsible for supervising junior technicians while performing the following tasks:
. Set up energetic tests in accordance with written test procedures, standard operating procedures and blueprints. . Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. . Perform safety briefs and ensure adherence to all applicable safety rules and regulations. . Check out and installation of sensors, data lines and data acquisition systems. To include, but not limited to, thermocouples, accelerometers, pressure transducers, load cells, strain gauges, and linear variable differential transformers. . Troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical problems. . In-situ calibration of various sensors for data acquisition. . Obtain licenses for and operate specialty equipment to include forklifts, man lifts, cranes etc. . Obtain and maintain ordnance handling certifications. . Transportation of storage of ordnance. . Inventory management of energetic material. . Safely and proficiently use a variety of hand tool, power tools and other industrial equipment. . Work for prolonged periods of time outdoors in inclement weather. . Capable of lifting 50 pounds Position Duties/Responsibilities N/A Minimum Salary 43,646 Maximum Salary 124,677
