- Primary interface from Managers to Plant: HR, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
- Responsible for plant systems (QMS, Safety, Continuous Improvement, payroll)
- Upkeep Plant documentation, such as Competency Matrix, and production records.
- Responsible Team engagement, rewards, and recognition
- Proactively work with HR BP on Labor, Employee Relations, Staffing
- Safety and Transformation activities
- Planning, leading, and/or supporting the implementation of focused improvement events (5S, Kaizen)
- Help eliminate losses from the plant by enabling the team with tools (Systematic approach)
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to Quality management systems and Safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to continuously reach out to a broad range of functions and levels in the organization.
- Continuously learning and exploring alternative options, routes, and sources to resolve problems, avoiding jumping to conclusions.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently, able to determine own direction, resilient.
- Able to understand the Manufacturing process. Understand processes and hands-on problem-solving.
- Lean Manufacturing Experience desired.
