    AccountabilitiesAccountable for facility level quality system implementation and continuous improvement.
    Accountable for root cause analysis, investigation, and documentation of product/process deviations and nonconformance issues.
    Accountable and responsible for implementing corporate-driven quality initiatives, projects, and investigations.
    Accountable and responsible for coordinating mock product and material recalls and withdrawals.
    ResponsibilitiesQuality system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site quality.
    Regulatory compliance of food safety and food security.
    Coordinating and organizing documentation associated with monthly GMP facility audits.
    Reviewing plant inspection and testing record.
    Day-to-day supervision of Quality Technicians and Quality Assistant.
    Back-up to support Quality Manager, Quality Technicians, and Quality Assistant.
    Quality related instruction, inspection, testing, and approval of maintenance and repair work.
    Corrective and preventative action follow-up.
    The review of USP and ACS reagent grade NaCI product batch records and analytical documentation.
    Scheduling of Quality Technicians and Quality Assistant.
    The review of COAs and COC templates.
    Provide daily support to department and facility associates with quality-related inquiries.
    Responsible for the generation, review, and revision of SOPs and forms.
    Industrial and consumer complaint investigation and response.
    SOC, SPC data analysis.
    The entry of quality-related work orders.
    Responsible for assisting with Quality program training.
    Responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and legality of all product and ensuring employees do likewise.
    Ensure that HACCP pronciples are followed throughout the plant.
    Responsible for the generation, distribution, tracking, and organization of nonconforming material deviation reports.
    The organization and control of quality documentation, procedures, forms, and records.
    Ordering general quality department supplies and equipment.
    Coordinating the destruction of records per retention protocol.
    Responsible for the weekly review of pest control documentation and for taking corrective actions to address noted deficiencies.
    The Quality Manager will perform the duties of the Quality Supervisor when on vacation or absent.
