What We Do:

At Premier Roofing, our goal is to offer homeowners in storm-affected regions with high-quality roof inspections, assist them through the insurance claim process, and guarantee they get the finest service possible. With over 19 years of expertise and 16 different locations, we have become a reputable name in the restoration roofing sector.

Compensation:

You will have the chance to receive uncapped commissions equivalent to 12% profit on accomplished roofing projects. Our company provides a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement based on performance and sales objectives. The sales team receives weekly pay and valuable guidance from an experienced sales leader within the organization. Additionally, you will get a 6-week onboarding pay of $3,000 plus commission and bonus incentives.

What You'll Do:

Travel to designated storm-damaged areas to evaluate damage on single-family roofs
Establish rapport with homeowners, manage their expectations, and enhance their overall experience during the insurance and construction phases
Suggest enhancements or additional choices tailored to their specific needs
Work closely with a mentor who is invested in your success
Participate in weekly sales meetings

WHAT YOU NEED:

Outstanding communication skills
Desire to manage your earnings independently
Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude
Flexible availability
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, whether it be door-to-door, retail, or customer service
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to ascend ladders and walk on roofs

Note: Our sales representatives are trained to finalize deals successfully. If you are ambitious, money-motivated, and seeking growth opportunities, you will thrive at Premier Roofing. We offer weekly onboarding compensation for the initial 6 weeks, including commissions. Please note that this is a commission-based position.
