Description
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Drupal Developer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area.
As a Senior Drupal Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in building, extending, and configuring Drupal sites using core and contrib modules, while contributing back to the Drupal community.
In this role you will:
Building, extending, and configuring Drupal sites using core and contrib modules
Creating custom modules and theming Drupal sites using TWIG, JS, and CSS for decoupled implementations
Developing performant mobile-first experiences and ensuring adherence to web accessibility guidelines
Collaborating with the development team using version control (Git) and working in an Agile and Scrum environment
The Ideal Candidate
Strong background in PHP and MySQL with Drupal 8+ knowledge and experience
Proficiency in PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating
Full Drupal deployment experience including installation, configuration, and production
Experience with version control (Git), Agile and Scrum methodologies, and automated testing
Ability to prioritize shifting initiatives, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Interest or experience in security, quality assurance testing, performance optimization, Acquia/AWS, and front-end build tools
