- Provides timely assistance to customers and assists in developing sales.
- Works as part of a team to keep the department and store organized and effectively merchandised; this includes moving, ordering, stocking and staging product.
- Continues to develop knowledge of store products.
- May be required to assist in other departments.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of cigars.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
- Ability to operate business machines (scanners, computer keyboards, etc.)
- Ability to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
- Ability to write legibly and read small type.
- Ability to attend tasting events and sample product to better assist customers with their selections.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Ability to count cash and make change accurately.
