    Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible positionPosition Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus.Shifts: Evenings 2:30 PM 11:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus.Shifts: Evenings 2:30 PM 11:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM or Every other weekend Days: 6:30am - 3:00pmWage: $ $36.26 per hour (based on experience)Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

    • Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
    • Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
    • Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
    • Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
    • Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
    • Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
    • Documents care using electronic charting systems.
    • Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
    • Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
    • Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
