    Kroll Transaction Advisory Services Position

    Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum from transaction origination to closing. We examine historical trends and discuss significant fluctuations between periods assisting clients in identifying issues for purchase price reductions or deal restructuring.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify post-acquisition steps to achieve earnings/cash flow improvements
    • Assist clients with pre and post-acquisition transaction issues
