    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Manager/Partner to join our growing finance team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in tax, financial reporting, and wealth management.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a specific focus on high-net worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and real estate tax.

    As a Senior Tax Manager/Partner, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of complex tax forms and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    This is a permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, and to contribute to the strategic direction of our tax department.

    Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and pass through entities.

    Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients, and assist them in understanding their tax obligations and potential tax-saving opportunities.

    Conduct thorough financial reporting, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law, and communicate these changes effectively to clients and staff.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their tax and financial needs are met.

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of tax strategies with other financial planning services.
    Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

    Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our tax department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Minimum of 15 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on high-net worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and real estate tax.

    Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex tax situations.
    Proven experience in the preparation and review of complex tax forms and financial reports.
    Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.

    Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

    Proficiency in tax software and other relevant technology.
    Strong commitment to professional development and staying updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and projects, and meet deadlines.
