Job summary
This position promotes resident centered care by providing choice to residents.Assists in food preparation and food service to residents,
Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures responsible for ensuring diet and preferences followed
Ensures proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment, food and supplies,
Carries out garbage, cleans equipment work tables ranges utensils pots pans floors etc as assigned,
May transport food carts to and from resident areas as needed,

This position requires ability to lift push move equipment supplies etc up to fifty pounds.
