    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.


    • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).


    • This role will require floating to multiple units


    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

    MultiCare includes the expected start date they prefer on their job postings. Please keep this in mind when listing your start date availability If you can start on the day they are requesting, you are more likely to be selected for an interview or offer.

    Required Skills/Experience: Skills: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Vent management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, trachs.

    Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will Not be considered. If requesting time off, must be willing to add to the end of the assignment.

    Shift & Scheduling: Ask if interested in 48-hr contract. Weekends will vary depending on the needs of the unit. Schedule provided 3 weeks at a time, received around 10 days prior to schedule beginning. No holiday requests, self scheduling, on-call.

    Floating Requirements: Could float for partial shifts. Will float within scope of practice and below.

    5 days maximum time off

    2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
