$20/hr to $21/hrAbout the Role:We are seeking an Internal Employee Technology Support specialist to provide support to our global user-base.
This role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the MS Office application suite and possess excellent customer service skills.
In-house training will be provided.
Technologies may include Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.


Responsibilities:
Provide internal employee technology support for a global user-baseTroubleshoot MS applications and proprietary systems via phoneConduct basic troubleshooting of technical issuesDeliver excellent customer service to all usersParticipate in in-house training sessionsUtilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution

Education Qualification:
Technical assessment requiredMust have knowledge of iOS and MS WindowsExperience in Production SupportLevel 1: Help Desk is a plus

Required Skills:
