Job DescriptionEmployee-owned company seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health patients in Fort Wayne Indiana and the surrounding area.

As a PTA, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
Providing rehabilitative physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence under the direction of the Physical Therapist based on the physician's plan of careInstructing patients on PT and related exercisesTrain and educate patient and caregivers on use of assistive devicesCompleting documentation to support the delivery of PT servicesReporting changes in the patients' conditions to other members of the care teamApply if you are:Passionate about serving othersProfessional in appearance and behaviorAble to work with a dedicated teamWillingness to work a flexible scheduleQualificationsThe Physical Therapist Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist

QUALIFICATIONS:
