Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients by providing personalized service and expert guidance on insurance solutions
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and coverage adjustments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to meet their needs while aligning with company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy renewals, and benefits administration for existing clients
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional insurance premium.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance with a focus on customer engagement
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate product benefits effectively
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable coverage options
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits management tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a plus for handling sensitive information responsibly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building
